REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns are only accepted on faulty/damaged goods or incorrect shipments. Please email us within five days of receiving order.

 

ORDER INFORMATION

Ceramic works are all made by hand.  Due to the nature of the organic designs and hand made production please expect to see marks of craftsmanship and slight variations within each piece.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Domestic shipping lead times from dispatch are approximately 2 to 5 days 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International shipping lead times from dispatch are entirely dependent on the destination but typically should take no longer than 10 days. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Morgan Peck Ceramics is not responsible for these charges - they are your responsibility as the receiving customer.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR SHIPMENT

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

Use the government Postal Service website from the country of delivery to track the shipment once it has left the US. Your local Postal Service website will also show if duties are due before delivery. If duties are unpaid most Post Offices will only hold the package for 30 days before sending it back to us. Morgan Peck Ceramics is not responsible for paying shipping charges for re-delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
